• Cloud Notes: All users have access to cloud-synchronized note-taking with sharing capabilities
• Community Chat: Real-time chat system available to all users

1.3 Service Limitations

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account using our account generation system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number.

2.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your account number confidential
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Access the Service only through secure networks and devices
• Not attempt to bypass or compromise our security measures
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted for enhanced security
• Keep your registered email address current and verified

2.4 Authentication and Verification

We implement temporary token-based authentication for enhanced security:

• Two-factor authentication tokens expire after 5 minutes
• Email verification tokens expire after 10 minutes
• Verification tokens are single-use and automatically deleted after successful verification
• Access is restricted to authorized origins only

2.3 Account Sharing Prohibition

Your account is for your use only. Sharing your account number with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for:

• Legitimate research and investigation purposes
• Security assessments and threat intelligence
• Due diligence and background verification
• Academic and journalistic research
• Legal compliance and regulatory requirements

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

• Posting spam, malicious content, or inappropriate material in chat or notes
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures

4.1 Cloud Notes

Our cloud notes feature allows you to:

• Create up to 15 notes with a maximum of 50,000 characters per note
• Automatically sync notes across devices
• Use rich text formatting and plain text modes
• Share notes publicly via secure share links

You retain ownership of your notes content. By sharing a note publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content.

4.2 Public Note Sharing

When you share a note:

• The note becomes publicly accessible via a unique share link
• Anyone with the link can view the note content
• Shared notes are read-only for viewers
• You can revoke access by deleting the share at any time
• You are responsible for ensuring shared content complies with these Terms

4.3 Community Chat

Our platform includes a real-time community chat system where you can:

• Send messages with a maximum length of 500 characters
• Edit and delete your own messages
• React to messages with emojis
• Report inappropriate content to moderators

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict chat access for violations of acceptable use policies.

4.4 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain malicious code or links
• Not include personal information of others without consent
• Not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and access levels. Certain tools are free for all users, while premium intelligence tools require an active subscription. All subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our authorized payment processors. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

5.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service access.
